What is the Mosaiq and GreenRoad partnership?
Mosaiq by Snapper Services is partnering with GreenRoad, the road safety technology company for passenger transport. GreenRoad’s AI learns from billions of miles of real driving data to predict driver risk 3-5 days before an incident, and coaches drivers in the cab to turn risky habits into safe ones. It works with any telematics and sensors already on an operator’s buses and coaches.
Together, we’ll bring GreenRoad’s driver risk and safety insight alongside the network performance data operators already explore in Mosaiq. The aim is simple: surface the insights and recommendations operators need to run safer, more reliable services.
Why do safety and performance data matter for bus operators?
Every bus company is built on two pillars: safety and performance. Both shape how passengers feel about their journey, and both drive customer satisfaction.
Today, these pillars often sit in separate systems. Telematics shows how buses are being driven and how vehicles are holding up. Network data shows whether services ran on time, where delays built up and how routes are performing. Operators are left to join the dots themselves.
By connecting GreenRoad and Mosaiq, operators can see how driver behaviour and network performance influence each other, rather than looking at each in isolation.
