Mosaiq Insights
Running Times
- We’ve levelled up the Running Times analysis available to our users through additional charts on the multiple pages within Mosaiq.
- Two new charts have been added to the services, service details, and running times pages, summarising the performance of your service, looking at both the total journey and individual segment performances, allowing users to understand performance at a glance.
- A third chart has been added, only available on the Running Times page, which allows users to view the end-to-end performance of all selected journeys, and how they compare on each segment to the average for your selection.
- Users can now select a Running Times threshold to more easily identify either journeys that ran longer or shorter than scheduled via a new dropdown menu with pre-defined values, making analysis quicker and more intuitive.
- Segments bar chart roll ups for timing points have been fixed for some tenants. There may be some inconsistencies between the 10th March 2025 and 4th June 2025 as not all shorter and longer segments will be surfaced.
Improving Data Exports
- We’ve improved language consistency between what is shown in the UI and what’s included in CSV exports for better alignment and clarity.
- For On-Time Performance exports: Previously, “no matched trips” was represented as “0” in CSV files. It will now be shown as NULL/empty, reflecting the true absence of data.
- For Running Times exports: Two columns now display NULL/empty instead of “0” or leaving it blank when no data is available.
