Mosaiq Insights
- We’ve updated the heartbeat selection algorithm to give a more accurate first stop departure time. This will affect on-time performance for all journeys from 25 March.
- Dive into stop-by-stop on-time performance: The Early, On-time, and Late Performance bar now shows on-time performance for each stop on the Service Details page.
- The Journey View has been updated to include overall journey KPI results for punctuality and reliability.
- Under the hood changes to make Insights even faster.

- “Cancelled at” times on the Journey View page needed some time zone-related tweaks.
- The Share button on the Journeys page wasn’t responding when clicked, you can now share away.
