Mosaiq Insights
Mosaiq now speaks your language!
New users will have their language automatically associated with their profile, so the product and onboarding flows appear in their native language.
- Creating new users respects the locale set in the URL.
- All onboarding flows, including welcome emails, will use this associated language.

Product updates and new features
We’ve also made several improvements to ensure Mosaiq stays current and even more useful:
- Automatic updates for the latest version of Insights, so users always see the most recent features.
- Support for SIRI-SX cancellation data.
- Areas filter enabled for all tenants (only available where area definition files exist).
- Distribution chart now available in running times, so that you can better understand the performance of a variant.
Bug fixes
- Navigation chevrons now work correctly on Running Times and Stop Details pages.
- Punctuality KPI wording updated, now reads: “Failed to register 10% of timing points”.
- Running Times export now respects the timing points filter.
- Timezone issue on the Journey page resolved to ensure that wherever you are in the product all dates are in your timezone.
